The Service is designed for lawful security research, authorised penetration testing, internal threat detection, and deception-based defensive security operations. You may use the Service only on systems and networks that you own or have explicit written authorisation to monitor and test.

- Monitor, intercept, or capture data from systems or networks you do not own or are not authorised to test
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitate or assist any unauthorised access, computer fraud, or cyberattack
- Harass, harm, or target any individual or organisation unlawfully
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your deployment and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws governing network monitoring, data interception, and the capture of credential or payload data. We make no representation that use of the Service is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HERE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NODENOISE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NodeNoise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, software, and technology underlying it are owned by NodeNoise or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which NodeNoise operates, unless otherwise required by law.
